Raika R. Rowe is a senior attorney with more
than a decade of experience representing
both general-law and home-rule municipalities.
Raika is particularly experienced in advising
council, boards and staff of municipalities and
economic development corporations on state and federal
statutes, and relevant codes and charters. Raika's experience includes drafting opinions, amicus briefs, and articles for publication on issues that affect municipalities. She regularly counsel’s clients on personnel matters, City Ordinances, zoning issues, and various governance and compliance. In addition, Raika has extensive experience in real property matters related to drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, leases, easements, and deeds. Raika also serves as a municipal prosecutor. She is a member of TCAA and the Williamson County Bar Association.
Prior to joining the firm, Raika was a staff attorney for the Texas Municipal League.

Prosecuted in multiple Municipal Courts.
